According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety-related disorders is the most common mental illness in the United States.  Approximately, 40 million adults or 18.1% of the US population suffer of some type of anxiety.

Here are some good news.

According to the American Psychiatric Association, about 2/3 of all people suffering from anxiety actually get adequate help.
